On the sea along the coast road just around the corner from Hydra Harbor, historic Castello Villa, a castle constructed entirely of stone, contains two apartments on separate floors, both larger than 80 m2 with a private entrance. The villa is available to let all year round, for summer and winter holidays; thus both apartments are fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, with access to an enormous rooftop terrace with breathtaking panoramic sea and sunset views stretching from Athens to Spetses.

As the villa stands just ten yards from the sea, guests can walk right out the front door for a quick dip right in front of the house or watch fish swimming in Hydra's crystal waters below from the villa’s balcony or two terraces.

Although situated close to the heart of Hydra Town, guests will enjoy complete privacy undisturbed by the bustle of village life. Yet, the harbor's galleries, boutiques, cafes, bars, and tavernas are a gentle five minute’s stroll away.

The downstairs apartment sleeps four to five people. There is one private bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom and a sitting/dining/sleeping area with one double and one twin bed, which together double as couches, an en suite bathroom, and a full kitchenette with dining table. This apartment has full access to the sun-drenched roof terrace.

The upstairs apartment can accommodate up to four people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a large living/dining room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, and access to a private balcony and terrace with magnificent vistas.

Additional cots can be provided for children.

Both well-equipped kitchens with all modern conveniences are more than adequate to prepare and serve all kinds of meals, even for large parties. The enormous (140 m2) roof terrace offers uninterrupted sea views and can often accommodate up to 150 guests celebrating weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special events.

There is also a phone from which guests can make free local calls and accept all incoming calls.

On your arrival at the island, the house manager will meet you off the boat and escort you to Castello Villa, arranging for donkeys to carry your luggage if necessary. She will show you around the house and introduce you to the housekeeper, who will come to the house on a weekly basis to change linen for you.

Children and pets are welcome. A weekly change of linen is provided. Should you like to make additional cleaning arrangements, please ask the house manager.

Conditions: A deposit of 20 percent is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no less than four weeks before your arrival.
